יה רבון עלם ועלמיא
אנת הוא מלכא מלך מלכיא
עובד גבורתך ותמהיא
שפר קדמך להחויא
O Lord of the world and the worlds,
You are the King, King of kings;
You perform mighty deeds and wonders;
it is fitting before You to proclaim them.
שבחין אסדר צפרא ורמשא
לך אלהא קדישא די ברא כל נפשא
עירין קדישין ובני אנשא
חיות ברא ועופי שמיא
I will set in order praises, morning and evening,
for You, Holy God, who created every soul:
holy angels and human beings,
beasts and the birds of the heavens.

רברבין עובדך ותקיפין
מכיך רמיא וזקיף כפיפין
לו יחיה גבר שנין אלפין
לא יעול גבורתך בחושבניא
Great are Your works and mighty;
You abase the exalted and raise the bowed;
were a man to live a thousand years,
he would not encompass Your might in reckoning.

O Lord of the world and the worlds,
You are the King, King of kings;

אלהא די ליה יקר ורבותא
פרוק ית ענך מפום אריותא
ואפיק ית עמך מגו גלותא
עמך די בחרת מכל אומיא
God to whom belong honor and greatness,
deliver Your afflicted one from the lions’ mouth,
and bring out Your people from exile,
Your people whom You chose from among all nations.

למקדשך תוב ולקדש קודשין
אתר די ביה יחדון רוחין ונפשין
ויזמרון לך שירין ורחשין
בירושלם קרתא דשופריא
Return to Your Sanctuary and to the Holy of Holies,
the place where spirits and souls rejoice,
and they will sing to You songs and praises,
in Jerusalem, the city of beauty.
