השאלה היא, בשבת האם מי שאינו אוהב או אינו רוצה מכל סיבה שהיא לאכול את הביסקויט האם מותר לו להפרידו מן הקרם ולהניחו בצד, ויאכל רק את הקרם?

The question is, on Shabbat: may someone who does not like, or for any reason does not want, to eat the biscuit, separate it from the cream and set it aside, and eat only the cream?

נראה שאסור להפרידם ואף על פי שכחתיכה אחת הם אבל למעשה הם כשני מיני אוכלים אלא באופן אם יפריד את הביסקויט מהקרם שישאר עם הביסקויט קצת קרם שיהיה ניכר אז יהיה מותר

It appears that separating them is prohibited, and although they are considered one piece, in practice they are like two types of food. However, if, when separating the biscuit from the cream, one leaves a bit of cream on the biscuit so that it is noticeable, then it will be permitted.
