והנה אתה בא בימים, זקנת ושבת ימיך ספורים ויקר מניינם שבעתיים ותדע כל יום אחרון תחת השמש ותדע חדש כל יום תחת השמש

And now you are advanced in years; you have grown old and gray. Your days are numbered, and their count is sevenfold more precious. And you will know each day as the last under the sun, and you will know something new each day under the sun.
