אמר ה' את מי צריך לנחם? האם לא אותי צריכים לנחם? מי שנשרף ביתו מי שנשבו בניו מי שנטרף צאנו את מי צריך לנחם? נחמוני עמי

Said the Lord: Whom should one comfort? Is it not Me that should be comforted? He whose house was burned, whose sons were taken captive, whose flock was torn apart— whom should one comfort? Comfort Me, My people.

נחמו נחמוני עמי מחיתי דמעה מעל כל פנים ושבו בנים לגבולם

Comfort, comfort Me, My people I have wiped away a tear from every face, and children shall return to their borders.
